(International consultations may be done via email.)
4. If you decide to go with us, we will email you a PayPal link with instructions on how to make your $350.00 discounted online payment. (It's very simple... easy to do.)
5. Once your payment is approved, within 48 hours, you will receive from coach your first week of workouts for your 14 week marathon training schedule!
